After you reach the Ramechhap airport gate, you can meet our staff at the B.N. Hotel and Restaurant. Our staff will assist you with the transfer to Kathmandu.
Which kind of vehicle will be provided?
Depending upon the group size, it can be Car, Jeep, Hiace van, or Coaster Bus. However, All vehicles are neat and clean, and the seats will be comfortable.
Can I get a hotel pick-up service?
If you need a hotel pick-up service, it will cost 3 USD extra per person. Our office staff will come to pick up you at your hotel 20 minutes before the departure time.
What should we do if the flight is canceled due to bad weather?
In case of flight cancellation, you have to stay overnight at Ramechhap Airport or Lukla Airport. Then, your flight will be scheduled for the next day morning.
Are there accommodations available in Ramechhap?
Yes, you can get accommodation near the airport. There are tea houses, some hotels, and camping available. Moreover, our Ramechhap staff will help you to find good accommodation. We can book hotel rooms upon your request.
How can I change my flight ticket date?
Firstly, a minimum of one day before your flight date, you have to inform us by email or WhatsApp. Then, we will change your flight date.
How much luggage can we take on the flight?
A total of 15 kg is possible. If you have more than 15 kg, you have to pay an extra charge. It will cost 1 USD per kg. It can be paid directly to the Airport.
Can we buy a trekking permit in Lukla?
Yes, after you reach Lukla, you can buy all the needed trekking permits.
How Can I Book Guide/Porter?

How can I cancel my Lukla flight ticket?
You have to email or WhatsApp us at least a day before of flight departure date. After we receive your message, we will cancel your tickets.
How much cancellation charge, do I have to pay?
If you want to cancel your ticket, You have to pay 33% of the total amount for the cancelation charge.
How can I get a refund?
You have to visit our office in Kathmandu for payment or a refund.
