Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy relies on the nature of the services that we provide. All cancellation requests should be sent through email from the same email id by which we have received pre-booking email. Our customer support team will reply with the cancellation confirmation.

For Flight cancellation

Only 70% amount will be refunded in case you want to cancel it. However, the full amount will be refunded if the flight will be canceled due to bad weather conditions.

For Transportation (Ramechhap Transportation)

50% amount will be refunded if you want to cancel it 7 days prior to the departure date. Otherwise, it will be non-refundable.

For Tour and Trekking services

50% amount will be refunded if you want to cancel it 15 days prior to the departure date. Otherwise, it will be non-refundable.
