Itinerary

The morning before or after early breakfast depart from your hotel for the short transfer to Kathmandu domestic airport where ourĀ  staff will hand you a boarding pass and then enter for security check a normal formality just in case you are carrying a pen-knife, small scissors, any sharp items or matches, and lighters. After security greeted by the Helicopter and airline staff and by the Captain of the flying machine, then board in a small and comfortable seating arrangement as the pilot instructs and briefs of the weather, direction, and possible stops on route or on the way back. Answer: Normally, it takes about 50 minutes to an hour to land at Lukla airport and then fly to Everest Base Camp. Another 45 minutes with stops at the base of Kalapathar Hill for half an hour to take marvelous photos. Then make a stop at Everest View Hotel for refreshments or late breakfast. With total hours of a minimum of 3 hrs to 4 hrs at maximum till you reach back at Kathmandu airport.

Q. 02: What is the best time for Everest Tour?

Answer: March to May and September to January will be the best time. During the spring-autumn and winter seasons, it can be cold and freezing sometimes but with the clear blue sky where views of Mt. Everest will be at their best.
